Pls what kind of documentation are you talking about? -
Within your main .zip file you should include documentation.
This documentation should include how to install the item and how to use it. The more details the better. -

Make sure the documentation is located in the folder root.
We recommend creating a separate folder for the code and a folder for the code in the root directory to keep things tidy.

But i am upload the document with main file but still its not getting approve from your side -
Make sure the document is located in the root directory of the main zip file.
