When you contact support they tell you that the money is stolen
This happened to me several times , Sales are weak on this market
  I swear that if this happens again I will move my business to another market

Go to a other market.. it will happen to you again.. Only difference is Codester fraud on Codester is low and they pay you 70% instead of 30%.

We can fully understand your frustration and we do our very best to protect our marketplace from payment fraud.
Unfortunately creditcard fraud happens on all digital marketplaces. Actually Codester has one of the more strict systems as it comes to payment fraud prevention.

If we would be able to block all fraudulent transactions, would do that today. Unfortunately we would also block a lot of good customers. As you know that would be also be a problem.

WHAT! I didn't even KNEW this was possible, I just checked my statements and it appears also I had stolen sale.

What this even mean? How can buyer "reverse payment"??? So my work will get published online for free? that is just great

What happens is somebody uses a stolen creditcard or hacked Paypal account to make a purchase. They can then download the purchased item.

Next the real owner of the creditcard reports the fraudulent transaction and it gets reversed. The result is no money is received at all..

We file a dispute for every fraudulent transaction, but seller protection for digital goods is as good as non-existed.

Not every reversed payment means the buyer is able to download your item. When a payment is flagged as suspicious by our system, the download will be kept on hold.

Then you should enable Verified by visa and MasterCard Securecode support to your payment gateway (if you even have one) ASAP.
That would decrease amount of fraudulent sales, since most of cards have it.

It is more complicated then that. It also hurts the number of good sales. And that is one of the main problems with payment fraud. You either have to sacrifice sales or get more fraudulent payments. We have been able to reduce it to just above 1% of all transactions, filtering out 95% off all fraudulent transactions. Unfortunately we cannot give any details on how we fight payment fraud, but it is a problem which we give a lot of attention and we do our very best preventing it.

I know this topic is old but sometimes "customers" create disputes to basically get an item for free. It happens everywhere, and not just on this marketplace. Basically anywhere where money is accepted, and you can dispute a transaction for whatever reason which results in free products/items.

Its really very bad and disappointing with codester.. Our money also decrease.

What is this?? Its cheat with Authors.. we will move to another market. if they will do again. we are also big IT company . we always provide Better support to our all client.. and we provide already give best support who bought products from Codester.. I think codester are earning more due to that they do with every authors and earning more.. but its really very bad things.. If you will do like that then noone will trust on your service..

You will encounter payment fraud on every marketplace, our fraudrate is currently even one of the lowest.
That said, you are making some serious accusations against Codester, which are simply unacceptable.
