I sended my item for an update 3 days ago, when will you update it

You should have received an email to inform you of the status of your item. Just to be sure, please check your spam folder. Normally all updates are handled within 1 business day.

You should be able to see if you have any update pending if you go to the files & tags section of your item. If you can make any changes, there aren't any updates of your file in the queue. In that case, you should try to submit the update again.

You have agree my item but it doesn’t update. I received a mail that said « You item has been updated »

Please try to send a new update.
