I bought an app and after I bought it when I wanted to use it I found it a problem it did not work!
I wonder if there is a way to communicate with the programmer, I put his query but he did not have to!

CMonica Feb 26, 2018on the page of the item you buyed there should be a tab named support. You can send there a message to contact the author, he should respond in 1-2 business days. If he doesn't you can contact the website admin through this page:
