Users can't comment on an item without purcha

Hello,
I've just noticed that when i added all info on my item, i kinda forgot to add the demo users that someone who would be interested in purchasing it could use to see the application work.

Based on the views of the application, i would say some were interested , but because they couldn't use the demo (lack of login details to test), they probably moved on.

Can you implement a way for users to place comments on the item if they have any issues using the demo before they purchase the item?

That is already possible.
