Codester notifications on extension updates?

    When an author posts an update to a plugin, are the purchasers notified?

    Is there any scope for a Codester API in the future? It would be great if my Wordpress plugins told users directly within the plugin if there is an update available. I would then consider submitting exclusively to Codester.

    No, purchasers are currently not notified. This is a feature we would like to add in the future.

    Adding such functionality to WordPress plugins would be great. Yes, there are plans for a Codester API in the future, but this is still long term.
