Item rejected

My item was rejected for next reason "Does not meet quality to be sold as a premium themplate".
What does it mean and how can I change it?

What you have to change is up to you. The quality/value is not good enough to have pay for money it.

But this item is good for pay money for it. Codester rejected all my item since my item was rejected first time. I am so angry. I like Codester, but Codester doesn't like me. I am tired of uploading items, which were every time rejected. Please, help me with this problem, because I really don't know what to do.

We are not here to bully you, we don't expect much it, otherwise we wouldn't reject it. It we would have great expectations we surely would have approved it.

You are the author, it's you to create something great that people would like to use. Have a look on the marketplace at other items to start with.

Please, I am confused about what to improve on it, can someone give idea

It's a very basic HTML template with some nice images taken from somewhere else.
