My App is rejected due to No written documentation

I have Written documentation in app also but the my app is reject due to no documentation

Please Resolve this Issue

Your documentation only contains links to external sources..
All documentation has to be in the main file and not linked to.

Sir i have removed external links and Define every thing inside the app.

Now its rejected why ?

i have Provide All Reskin Method For App;

1- change icon
2- change Package name
3- Change admob
4-Change App name
5- How to import project



Please Resolve my issue this time codester ask me for final submission

Please take the time to write proper documentation...

Documentatin is not a 7 line text file.

Documentation size is 45mb with text details and also with screenshots for
Proper documentation.

If that's the case, it's safe to resubmit the item.
