New refund request system

Today our new refund request system has gone live and changes have been made to the refund process.

Refund requests are now submitted on Codester and not through our help center. The seller will first receive the refund request.

We are giving more control to authors, allowing them to decide over any incoming refund requests.
Authors will also be better informed during the whole process with the help of notifications which will be given during every step of the refund request process.

The seller refused to refund many times even the source code is crappy and full of mesaningless alertboxes. What should I do ?
