I purchased a unity game templete and with it, add to the purchase the unity reskin service of that game, but I dont have any answer of the freelancer and have just passed a whole week and still nothing

The original payment is cancelled. So you get it back the same way you paid for it.
Paypal is direct. Creditcard can take 1-2 weeks before it shows up on your statements depending on your creditcard company.
