Product support and quality

Being able to offer good quality products with support is one of the most important things for us as a marketplace.

Although most sellers offer awesome support and great items, there are always authors that do not reply to support requests and do not spend time updating their items over time.

For 2020 we plan to raise the quality standards on Codester.

- The quality standards for items to be accepted on the marketplace will be raised.
- Authors that keep ignoring support requests and are not able to deliver properly working items and regular updates will be removed from the marketplace as an author.

We hope these measures will give our authors more trustworthiness and will improve our marketplace.

I always wondering what is wrong with authors you have time to upload your item here you will keep saying you don't have time to support your buyer. That part always hurt.

how do I get support from the script that i bought from here ? it said 6months support but i don't see anywhere offering support.. can't use it .. my License: LCN75614
