    I' m new here and I have a question.
    If I buy the regular license of the product will I be able to receive the full source code and modify/add anything to it.

    Knowing that I won't upload the mobile app to google play or distribute it.

    Yes you are allowed to. You are also allowed to distribute any compiled app to Google Play or the AppStore.
    You are only not allowed to distribute the source code.
