Support ignores me to sell something

I tried to sell my items on codester, Fill in all the blanks, descriptions, features, demo link, video preview...
But every trying has been failed, support did not approval my item.
Dear support, could you explain me what is wrong?
P.S. Every file which I tried to add to codester were writen by me (I don`t selling someone else's files)

I am sorry to hear that your item has been rejected.

Just filling I the blanks does not mean your item will be accepted on the marketplace.
With each rejection, you receive an email with a short reason why the item is not accepted.

What kind of documentation needed?
Readme.txt or Doc folder and pdf inside

Is there a text document included in the main zip file that describes how to use the item? (and in the case for an App source code how to reskin the app.)
Do make sure, it is located in the root of main zip file so that the reviewer and any customer can easily find it.
