Codester has no seller protection

Is Codester sane? My customer made a purchase on 11/19/2018 and after 1 year or so, on 30 March 2020 the customer requested a refund and Codester agreed to refund it. How can it be that after almost 2 years a customer can request a refund? Codester has no protection to sell. Buyers can request a refund after buying at any time, even after 2 years. I stop selling here!

You might be the one who approve that refund or you could reply to the refund request.

Totally wrong if you say Codester has no seller protection. They stringy do because I have ones be in big troble with a buyer and codester were able to listen to our statement and made decisions that is right .

If this is the case, I think codester team should adjust their policies to attract more sellers and makers. The stock now is too poor to choose from..

@Edri that information is incorrect, maximum is currently 60 days after purchase.

Technically it isn't even possible as you can't refund a PayPal or creditcard transaction that long after purchase.
