My Item Got Rejected

I have previously uploaded my graphic and icon template designed in adobe illustrator By Name Matrimony it got rejected due to following reason.
"Does not meet the minimum value/quality requirements to be sold on the marketplace."
I just wanted to know where i gone wrong so i can be more sure next time uploading.

The quality is not good enough or does not qualify as a logo.

Quality in the sense which quality you are talking about that you need to mention before you reject the code. How users could know about the quality you maintain.. if you say quality is not good or any thing like that you should mention in the mail like icon is not meting or preview is not meeting or screenshot is not meeting like that.. because to upload it is taking time ...User cannot upload many times and every time user has to fill the details and upload everything like fresh one... At you could save it in your servers and can offer time to users to solve the issue ... If still user could not able to do that then you can remove it permanently.... This is my suggestion... That could be useful for the users...

it's happend for me too.
