First of all you are doing a great job, keep it up.
Something that I'm missing is a way to see who bought which item, and with which license, because you can receive a profile message from a "said" customer, regarding support etc, and you don't have any way of validating this. -

We prefer to give the customer the choice to stay anonymous if they want. That said it is not a bad idea to have some sort of validation tool.
At the moment if a customer requires support he/she has to post the problem in the support section of the item he/she bought. In the support section you able to see a label "purchased" next to the person's name if he/she has purchased the item. I hope this helps

Indeed then you can't see if the person has indeed purchased the item on Codester. Some kind of validation tool would then be handy.
We strongly discourage buyers to ask for support through PM. The official way is though the support section of the item. That way we can track progress is somebody requests a refund.
We can't track PM's or emails.
If really need to know, if user is a customer you can ask the person to also post the problem in support section of your item.
I do agree, a validation tool will be good addition! Thanks for the suggestion -
