Do Reskin Still works?

I am noob, I see some good apps here at affordable cost and want to try my luck with App marketing, but I have heard that you cannot upload same/copied apps on Google Play store or else your app account will be banned, somewhere I read that reskinning them can also banned you as they (GP) has come up with new algo which catches reskin apps, so what can be done here ?

When using an app source code you have to reskin the app or add some kind of value to the app. Identical apps are indeed not allowed on Google Play as they do not have any value to the store and only make it more difficult for users as they see all these identical apps.

Yes you can publish reskinned apps and publish them on the App Store and Google Play successfully. You do have to make changes to the app.

Most of the time it is best to ask the seller of the item themselves. They have the most knowledge about the app.
