How can I validate the real buyers?

Is there any way to validate the buyers after sell?

I mean,
Suppose, a customer bought my item. Then on the installation page of the app, I want to validate the user if it's the real buyer.

This will give an extra layer of security for web application php scripts.

Please help me someone.

If a customer requests support on the items page you can see if he/she has indeed purchased the item.

We don't support validation systems as when these are offline we product cant be used. Everything has to work outside the box.
We have tried to allow external licensing systems, but the results where not good as there where a lot of angry customers and refund requests because all kind of problems.

Well that may be, but when a customer reaches us via the messaging feature, I don't see any badge there.
