thexyz Mar 6, 2024I have tried dozens of times to update an item. It gets approved but the old files are still being downloaded and the updated date does not change. I have reached out to support many times but do not get much of a response. They just say to update again. Is there anyway to fix this or is there a an issue with updating items?

Have you selected the uploaded file in the main zip file field after uploading it?
