curiouspenguins 9 months agoI have tried dozens of times to update an item. It gets approved but the old files are still being downloaded and the updated date does not change. I have reached out to support many times but do not get much of a response. They just say to update again. Is there anyway to fix this or is there a an issue with updating items?

Have you selected the uploaded file in the main zip file field after uploading it?

curiouspenguins 9 months agoThat did the trick. I was not selecting the file after uploading. This took too long for me to figure out. Thank you!
