Not suitable for sale

hi everyone,
as many authors , my item had been rejected
for my situation "Not suitable for sale"
i had looked at the help center and i found that for two reasons
first not suitable for sell on market , the second , the quality of the item is not good enough
my site is just PTC script made with laravel framework

and as i think , php script dos not require awesome front-end , maybe wrong.

any way my question is "Is There any guide to follow to make my item being suitable for the marketplace ? "
about layout , coding , copyrights and so on ..

Hi,
1. Template & Design will be matters a lot.
2. Design and text should be dynamic.
In simple, your product should be easily customizable and non-coders will also do customization easily.
Detailed documentation should be written.
