If the item it not working as advertised and the seller is not able to solve the issue, you can request a refund.
It does not matter if the seller has left Codester, you still have the right to a refund. -

The money wont be added to your credit on codester. But the creditcard transaction will be refunded. If the item is removed from the purchase list, the order has been cancelled and refunded.
