Refunding a incomplete script

im not too sure how this goes but i bought a url shortening script and the part of the script thats not working is the most crucial part which is counting clicks and money. i thought that would have been obviously working in the script seeing that it is the whole point of the script but it is not. gave the guy 5 days but nothing. i ended up buying facebook ads and acquiring some users where i was branded a scam. all numbers of clicks nd money stays at zero. i contacted a guy that said the script wasnt working in the comments and he mentioned the same problem. that was over a month ago. fast forward today the problem still here. what do i do?

i bought it on the 5th of march started setting it up and creating stuff for it 5 days later.

its 4 days now i send the guy my cPanel login info for him to fixit. he literally messaged me saying "i will check now" still with no fix 24hrs later. my host even suspended my last night because of a report. my hosting provider doesn't support support scam sites.

That's within the refund period.
