Link Management

Hello friends,
I want a link management system like this:
In the management page, Admin will enter link 1 in cell A and google drive link in cell B.
Outside the homepage, the user pastes the link into cell C, then presses "GET", the system will compare the C data in the entered links in cell A, if it matches, the link will be displayed in cell B.
If the user clicks on the link just displayed, it will be shortened to a 3rd party, then the actual Google Drive link will be displayed.
