Your reply was removed because it contains hurtful accusations against Codester.
We can understand the disappointment, but we would like to ask you one more time to stop such accusations. -
rackons2015 Mar 15, 2019Hello,
its really disapponted from codester, if client do any fraud then its client fault not to any seller fault. our product has solde from last 30 days aprroximate but in that period you have not checked that fraud issue, when we have request for withdraw our payment, then you are showing that anti fraud point, and you have deduct our payment twice time.

leocoding Mar 15, 2019Please change the title of this thread, it'll make me go blind because of it's grammatical correctness.

LOL!

chattymango Mar 15, 2019Some stats may help to understand the whole picture:
https://www.chargebee.com/resources/guides/credit-card-processing-statistics/#the-fraud-panorama
https://chargebacks911.com/chargeback-stats/
Some recommendations from another platform:
https://freemius.com/blog/credit-card-disputes/
And thanks for changing the title! On the other hand, that could be a new marketing strategy to write something that makes people curious. That was the only reason why I opened this thread! -
leocoding Mar 15, 2019People must understand, this has nothing to do with Codester.
If 'you' sold this item directly via your PayPal account, chargeback could happen also + you would face an additional charge of 20 EUR if chargeback was done by a bank. So you would even end up in minus.
This way Codester handles the risks and fees -
@Chattymango: Thanks for those links. some great info! I'll start charging more titles btw
@leocoding: Indeed we also get 20EUR charge for every chargeback
