Item rejected

If an item is hard rejected a few tweaks are not enough to get the item approved.

Its not authentic, your theme is probably widely available elsewhere on the internet and most likely it can be freely downloaded (may not be the case but it's possible). What Frederick and his team wants is content/items that have "value". For example, in your case, your theme should be unique. Your theme is nice but its very similar to others that can be downloaded for free.

Okay, this my personal design, if I make it more unique will it be accepted?

What do they mean by
Not suitable for sale. too many bugs?
