1) Payoneer issues own debit cards (MasterCard) so it is possible to avoid the commissions

2) They have the option of automatical direct transfer from the provider (Codester.com) to the Bank Account, bypassing the Payoneer accounts at whole . In this the way it is set up on many other marketplaces, the examples are OpenCart extension marketplace or the CodeCanyon, when they pay the commissions to developers, we have at about 2-3% losses between our account at the marketplace and our final bank account's balance.
Once set up, the Payoneer serves such payouts automatically

Currently we have no way in bypassing in such a way and we also have various other fees to take care off. The total of this is unfortunately a lot higher then 2-3%.

I will not argue, may be it will be higher than 2-3%, but anyway it will not be up to 20% like today, today we pay for withdrawal TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH

Yes, there might have some limitations from Codester's end for Payoneer support. But I wouldn't mind you charged the similar fee as bank transfer in Payoneer. I am afraid to choose wire/bank transfer because-
1. It takes too long get the money.
2. Sometimes banks even stop the transaction process for validation purpose. (Yes, that occurs in Bangladesh. It's like Codester will say, "your money was transferred", and the bank will say, "we didn't receive the money". Quite frightening, right? ).
3. Minimum withdrawal is high (currently $350). For a small-scale application developer like me, needs to wait a long time for getting $350 worth of sells.

So if you add Payoneer and charge 10% fee for every transaction (just like bank transfer), I will still choose Payoneer. If Payoneer is totally not possible, I will request you to reduce the minimum withdrawal amount for bank transfer.

Payoneer is as good as impossible for us. We have been pursuing Payoneer for quite some time, but it does not seem that there is a solution to get Payoneer support to Codester.

The minimum bank transfer amount is $250 btw.

We are actually already experimenting with banking fees. Currently we only charge $10 for banking fees ( it still officially says $35), but any additional fees directly from your bank are for the author. We changed this because although we select to pay for all banking fees for the transfer a lot of banks still charge the receiving party. This has lead to some extreme fees.
The total fees are now ending up mostly between $10-$20 including our charge. Still a lot of money, but its better then it was.
