In the event Client purchases a Single User License and thereafter at any point ceases business operations, then, in such event, the Single User License shall automatically and immediately be revoked and Client shall completely destroy the Unity Source Code and all documents related thereto, provided that Client may keep an archival copy for the purpose of prosecuting or defending litigation arising during the winding up and liquidation of Client’s business.
