You can start a session about 10 minutes before it is due and Beat Cube will automatically end the session after the number of hours paid for is due, customers will receive an email automatically telling them that their sessions are due and they can now leave their feedback on your feedback page or Google profile.

Remember each midnight Beat Cube will automatically send you a list of all studio bookings for that day and their respective hours if there is any, you will also receive an email alert for every booking made on your website, the time-slot for bookings not paid for will be available for others to book.

The calendar view can help you get a better overview of how the days ahead may look like, so you may plan adequately. Lastly remember to add holidays and your resting days properly in the right format into the "Holidays" field of your site settings and not forgetting your opening and closing hours for each day of the week as this will  affect how customers book your studio.
