We currently do not have any third-party integration feature for such websites, "Affiliate Me" can only track sales from your own website by helping you create your own affiliate network, however if you can elaborate a bit on how you wish to use it for TradeDoubler.com and TradeTracker.com we can add it to our todo list for our next version update. Question 1. Yes, users can see their link clicks and will also receive notifications when a visitor signs up.
Question 2. Link per banner feature has not yet been added, currently all banners link to your online store which is set in system settings BUT we'll add this feature in our next update.
Question 3. If you add the banner of the product being sold ( to sell ) it automatically bears the link of your shop which you added in general settings, so visitor clicks will redirect to your store but you can help me by explaining a bit further if I don't seem to give you a better explanation.
Question 4. Yes at the moment the script is only made for one online shop per user, other users who sign up cannot use it for their shops too.
Question 5. At the moment others can only become your affiliates who place your banner on their sites but they cannot sell for you.
Question 6. After you install it and setup is successful, you go to settings and configure all needed fields then you can then go to marketing tools and start uploading your banner(s), as many as you wish to upload then you copy the JavaScript Tracker API code generated for you on your "Marketing tools" page and paste this code between your <head> and </head> tags of your payment successful page of your online store and you can start tracking visits and and sales instantly.
Question 7. Sales are tracked using the JavaScript API code which you pasted on the payment successful page of your online shop.
Question 8. At the moment there is no need but maybe in the near future there will be the need to do so in order to track individual products.
Question 9. You can pay by PayPal or cheque(Check)
Question 10. You can pay by Bank cheque(Check) bitcoin will also be added in our future update.
Question 11. It's unfortunately we haven't worked on locales yet, we'll do something about this in our future versions, at the moment only English is available.

Thanks for the comment, when a user makes a purchase, the success page containing the JavaScript API to track the transaction is the only thing that tells "Affiliate Me" that the purchase was successful, however if the user did not make payment but clicked on the banner, he/she will have until the period allowed by your host (PHP session duration) or the period set by yourself in settings to make payment which can be tracked, if the user delays more than the PHP session duration period allowed by your host then it's unfortunate that "Affiliate Me" will not be able to track that transaction anymore, So basically the the duration from when the banner was clicked till when that click can be converted to affiliate income will depend on the PHP session duration allowed by your host, you can check this duration from system settings. During this period, administrator is not required to do anything, so affiliate cannot tell if the click expired or not, but they can only see that their banner was clicked.
Secondly about bank deposits it will be difficult but you as the administrator will have to find a way to integrate the bank deposit system with the online tracking API because only the API can prove that the user clicked on the banner and has paid.
