  4) Brute Force Login - Auto account lock after 3 invalid logins.
  5)Php constant to ensure that the files are not executed directly.
  6) No direct access to files uploaded. Files are zipped before download.

  1) First of all only team members can create Tickets. This is how the system works
  User -> Initiate Chat -> If unable to solve by the team mate, he/she can create a ticket based on a selected reply. If anyone among the teammates know how to solve the issue can assign himself and resolve the issue.

  Customers have to first initiate a chat with an available team mate, if the team mate is unable to solve the issue by himself, team mate can create a ticket based on the reply.
