  ok. can the config file be hosted online? i'd like to make changes to the config file and have it reflect in the app. but if its a local file inside the app then i will need to recompile the app and resubmit each time.

  Yes. You web app or web-site is hosted online, on your hosting provider. You just place the link in the project. So, the app will display your content.

  thanks for the video. but i'm more interested in the menu. i want to see how the menu looks like/works. also can different urls be used for each of the bottom tab bar elements? can the tab bar icons be changed easily?

  Yes, you just change the image in the assets folder. Regarding the url, you just place it un the code and it will be loaded in the app (cmd + c / cmd + v)

  I can not refund you if your web-app will be rejected. This project is a template where you can place your web-app in the easiest way. However, I am not responsible for your product. The template works cool. So, it is your turn to use it as a basement for you apps.

  2) I have a few Joomla sites up. These sites have responsive templates. Will this App be able to run without problems for registration of a user, login of a user, surfing these joomla websites and having push notifications?
  
  2) Because I have a few Joomla sites for which I want to use it, I saw your App. There are number of such source codes available for Progressive Web Apps. Since you launched the App recently, I did not see any opening discount. Are you planing to offer discounts. (Now, I am tight with budget)
  
  3) Will you offer all related data along with the App so that one could publish it in Google play store and iTunes?

  Yes, your web-sites will be absolutely fine with this project. As you just need to replace the URL and customize the Tab Bar navigation.
  
  Also, this application allows you to cache web-sites. So, the user will able to see content without the internet.

  As I am totally re-designing my websites, I will about 6 weeks too. I am not in a hurry. I would prefer to wait for you to complete your Android version. I suggest you to offer a COMBO-PACKAGE of both these Progressive Web Apps together in one sale. Everyone would want to buy both together, as I cannot think otherwise. Please also consider that you will have more sale if you keep your prices lower and offer initial discounts while launching. Also consider to mention in your description that you could also offer launching both Apps for a FLAT FEE to be paid extra.
