  Hi, The Game is Working fine with Unity 2018.2 . But As per the new guide We have to use the NDK version 16.
  But in 2018.2 We can't use NDK 16.
  When I transfer the project to Unity 2019.1 , The net is collapsing from one end.
  Any Solution for me?

  you can use the first file you download from here and open it on Unity Version: 2018.2.12 or 2018.2.17 and you can build, don't forget to check only ARMv7 and ARM64, no x86
