  Hi, I purchased this script but need bit of help as got a couple of issues/questions when try to create a new ticket. It keeps saying "Description is too short" or first name is invalid. How do I remove the errors or validation so it don't come up with them error notifications and allows me to submit the ticket

  Hi Luis29, many thanks for purchasing my product. After setting up on a LAMP server please navigate to the INSTALL.php page in browser to run the installation wizard.

  Hi Luis29, I can see the issue with the script itself, the installer is defining each column as NOT NULL which is causing SQL errors on admin user creation. I aim to patch this within the next few days, so I'll pop you a message when the update is available. I apologise for this problem
