  Make sure you follow the documentation very well, make the necessary requirement for permission before install. Follow guide in documentation and should be straight to install.

  I have followed it to the letter twice. When I try to open the url with /public/install or /install, I get whitepages. I have set all requirements to the needed ones but nothing changes.

  Its likely issues with environment.
