I have downloaded and installed this plugin, but I cant find the settings for this plugin in admin.. Please help!

You need to put code to display Expired Date on your item page.
<?php echo osc_format_date( osc_item_dt_expiration() ); ?>

For admin settings, you need to see setting in left side under plugins config.. scroll down then you can see
