  Sorry if this question sounds obvious I'm new to app development and am trying to experiment with different apps, but is it possible to access phone numbers on a user's contact list through Firebase? and can you send messages to them all simultaneously as an admin? thanks in advance

  you can't access phone number list directly through firebase. you can get the user phone number on your app first then you can send message through your app.

  No problem, appreciate your prompt responses. And this is forcing me to ask you another question that is it possible for you to provide/customize the existing implementation of Audio/Video calling feature to use WebRTC on self hosted solution so that we do not have to use Sinch and any other related SDK. This is just to have economic solution than SInch.

  Thanks for your suggestion. We noted your proposal.
  This application are made based on Sinch server. so, we can't implementation this to WebRTC at this time. if possible we will obviously using WebRTC for Audio and Video call in future.

  sure, you can use it. But, Application target sdk is 28 if you want to use it on Android Q (API 29+) you need to just increase it to 29. or waiting for our next update.

  sure you can. it's fully follow play store permission., you just need to change some required thinks. like app icon, app name, map api. firebase. you will get it on documentation include with it. don't worry.
