  Well, I have many other Apps running on my server without any issue at all, But do you have an idea that specifically to check?
  The error is ": QrgeneratorController could not be found." I follow the instrucctions in the error message but no luck.

  PS. The "extension=intl" is active in php.ini in XAMPP.

  I followed the this procedure so far:
  
  1). This file doesn't exist
  app\Controller\QrgeneratorController.php
  
  I created this file with this content:

  }
  
  2). After creating the above file:
  
  Missing Method in QrgeneratorController:

  }
  
  3. After adding the above lines to the file:
  
  The view for QrgeneratorController::index() was not found.
  
  Confirm you have created the file: Qrgenerator\index.ctp in one of the following paths:
  
  D:\xampp\htdocs\Qrgenerator\app\View\Qrgenerator\index.ctp
  
  The folder doesn't exist, I already created.

  QrgeneratorController is the main controller of the app it is the single controller of the app check your downloaded package and check if it is not deleted by mistak

  and check your .htacess file the app work 100% I tcheck all files there is no QrgeneratorController on my app there is just QrgeneratorController | ContactsController | the main controller is ContactsController

  I just discovered that your script does not create the "contacts" table. I had to create it manually following your script and manually create a contact.
  
  I also discovered that copying the file "D: \ xampp / httdocs \ Qrgenerator \ lib \ Cake \ Test \ test_app \ View \ TestAppslib \ Cake \ Test \ test_app \ View \ TestApps" to the directory that I create "D: \ xampp / Httdocs \ Qrgenerator \ app \ view \ Qrgenerator "open the app without any error but it only shows the menu (Home) and the Add (+) button but nothing else, it does not show the record that I manually added to the table.
  
  When I click the Add button nothing happens.; maybe if you send me the "index.ctp" file from a server where your application is working, it might work.

  Hello, you should a import the database, I think you dont know how to install the script
  and you dont know how ti run a cakephp script in an local serve.

  First of all, I followed YOUR instructions (no mine) very carefully step by step, not once but several times. I have several applications installed on my local server that run without any problem, the problem is not with my server but with your application.
  
  Second, since you made the application, that's why I asked for your help.
  
  Third, I tried to solve the problem by myself, doing what I already told you in my previous mesage, in the end I got stuck in the app \ view \ Qrgenerator \ index.ctp file. This folder and this file are NOT created by your script, but seem that are necessary to run your application.
  
  In the end I didn't lose a lot of money, just time. The reason I bought your script from you was simply to save time, in the end I wasted more time with you.
  
  Thanks for nothing.
