  I have downloaded the source code and setup in my local system. While I tried to update or install the composer , I'm receiving this error:

  Kindly retry this might be issue with downloading content from GitHub so retry may help.
  If retry doesn't work kindly check if that url is blocked at hosting end.
  If nothing works then try to have a fresh installation.
