  During the installation process, just after typing in the User Profile, when I click next, I encountered error
  message "file_put_contents(D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\media_com\ca_expert\www\config/database.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied". Is there a need to modify the database.php file ?
