  i can't add a new page in right to left language Arabic in the top menu and i can't add a new catogries in Arabic language

  I have the following couple of issues:
  1. When I enable the Site Eu Cookies I get the following errors:
  SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'initialise' of undefined or null reference
  run_cookieconsent.js (2,5)
  2. When I create static page how can I link them to my menu.
  3. When I try to upload images, I get the following error in the logs:
  Error: [ForbiddenException] You do not have access to that function
  and the image doesn't show up in the post.

  Adding a splash screen is relatively easy. You can edit the templates (they are standard HTML files) and you can find them under the app\View folder.

  Ah, I see what you want. Unfortunately I'm terrible at the front end part of web design. The back-end code/database is where I'm best at. For the front end of my scripts I use basic templates using bootstrap. They at least make the site somewhat reasonable. But I leave the updating of the templates and view to others. If you want, I can work with you and guide you to how to make the changes to the HTML/CSS, but you will need to be knowledgeable in HTML/CSS etc... Hope this helps at least a little.
