  How can I start the programm or what is the right version in which folder? xD

  Ok I think I fixed the problem I opened the bin/debug version as administrator and everything worked correctly.
  Is it possible to reskin the programm so change the name and a new look?How can I do this please help me I am new at this coding stuff.

  Yes you can edit everything in the program by using Microsoft visual studio
