  i checked ads are showing can you please check your ads id .. use ads test id for check its working or not if its working fine with test ads id than check your ads id if you still have any problem let me know thanks

  because everything is fine test ads running fine but original not showing perfect.
  maybe the ads are not activated due to (COVID-19) i can wait for some more days if the problem still having then i will contact you.

  Since you are able to load test ads, then your code implementation is working correctly. The Error Code 3 or No fill error usually means that there are just no available ads at the moment on your end.

  its not problem because file have some htnl tags... if you can remove that tag than you can other wise you can set TextView.html format
