  After checking out the Admin Area (Backend) I saw no where to change Theme/Template for this for the Frontend or Backend or a way to edit/modify the current Theme/Template. Does this Script support Themes and Templates?

  You have to create/add new theme, then it will appear in Backend in General > Templates
