  Hello LubuTeam, I need a refund for this application or update the application, the main reason for the refund are:
  
  1. The application is not upto date, I mean it's not for latest version of android.
  2. The app only works in these android apis 26,27,28,29, in other api levels the crashes after asking the permissions.
  3. Misguiding users, as you have mentioned in the information section that the app works on Operating Systems Android 7.0, Android 8.0, Android 9.0, Android 10.0, Android 5.0, Android 6.0, but it does not work on all the specified operating systems.
  4. The code is not well written there are lots of improvement you need to make.
  5. the app literally crashes every time I open it on android levels below 29.

  I doubt Mr LubuTeam can update the app to api 30. As you can see , I also purchased this app, and it is using a lot of old / legacy code, like for the Camera it targets api 26. Let us see if he answers you question. As an Android developer, I can say the code is in very bad shape - I have a lot of errors while runing the app - for instance the Camera library is throwing exceptions while in landscape mode. Also the binding between the different services is also throwing exceptions when stopping the recording. Lubuteam has a lot of fixing to do to make this source code into a stable product.

  Yeah, there are lot of crashes happening too. The product is completely unstable it only works from api level greater that 26 (I have tested it), actually it should work for below api level 26, due to the internal audio recording feature which is only supported from android api 25 and above, but LubuTeam should have handle the exceptions and which may lead to less crashes. And they are not replying to any of the messages. Do you think they will update the app or provide a refund ??

  I agree that API 30 (Android 11) is out of the question as on the ScreenRecorder listing the latest version listed is Android 10. So target-api:29 is fine!
  Still there are quite a lot of bugs, which are visible once you start testing the app.
  And I saw the bugs before I purchased, as I am pretty sure these are easy to fix, so I will expect you to fix them.
  If I have written to you before I bought, you would not pay attention to my list of bugs.
  I hope that now that I am a customer, you will address the bugs, once I give you a list.
  Is that right?
