Sep 18, 2020Hi, it seems a nice application, i would like to have your nice app, but i have a question. Does this app can create a new ticket and send confirmation with ticket id/details when some one send email in [email protected].
also if a ticket automatically created with email can support agent interact with email and the ticket will update in support portal.
the feature which have in WHMCS.
when we setup email address and forward in PIPE in cpanel this feature work or need to setup a cronjob to check email and update the support management portal.
