  In your screenshots an error show id java de folder if you don't change anything in this folder then it means this error caused by the android studio to solve this rebuilt the project if the error is not solved yet than close the project and exist android studio and restart android studio and open project again.

  The given code is fresh and fine and also works nicely. I think you don't know ho to do necessary changes in code. No worry I will help you. Give me three things( A package name , App icon, Admob interesting, and banner ad unit id with app id) that you want in your app. I will do all update in your app after this you can change anything with your app ok.

  The main reason for this.
  
  *Reasons:- 1) You buy a Regular license(19$) of this source code. In Regular license, distribution is not allowed, check this on codester website (In short) "A regular license allows an item to be used in one project for either personal or commercial use by you or on behalf of a client. The item cannot be offered for resale either on its own or as part of a project. Distribution of source files is not permitted."
  
  *Reasons:- 2) You publish this app without reskin it. ( Any app or source code you buy from anywhere you have to reskin the app for distribution.)
  
  *Reasons:- 3)(For Ads Temporary ad serving limit placed on AdMob )
  This happens only when someone puts Admob real ids on their app and without publishing an app or anything watches the ads. After this AdMob temporarily adds some limit. In short, when someone places AdMob real id not test id and test app or check app that ads are working or not or click on the ads, this is against the AdMob policy.
  
  So this happens with you because you put real AdMob id in your app and test it or see your ads in your app without publishing the app anywhere and you buy the regular version of license to this source code and publish the app without reskin it. So plz plz when you buy anything or any source code from anywhere read all the things carefully. (All the things mentioned on the page(codester website buying page) or website(codester website) from where you buy)

  Pro Tip for Source code buying:- There are two types of licenses on codester or anywhere(Regular and Extended) Buying the Extended version is not meaning that nothing happens with your app or everything happens fine with your app on play store. Its all depend on the time there could be happen anything with your app in publishing time or in *future that why source code selling on websites, not app selling because in selling time it supposes to be someone who buys the code he/she upgrade the source code on their own level or with the help of the developer. He just buys the code to save some time in coding not to just buy and publish it. Next time when you buy code from anywhere just buy to do some upgrades on the thing and after this publish it not just buy and sell it. And you have to take care the code and app also you have to do upgrade with time not just place ads and publish it gives money android is updating time by time when the day you buy android is on 9 after a week later android is on 10 or 11 and so on, no one developer can help you daily you have to do on your level. You have to work this app daily and gives an update to the downloader or you users that's why developer selling their code because they don't have much time to spend on it. But someone who buys has time to do on it. If developer have time then why they sell code at a low price like 19$-99$ they just publish it and earn money for the life time but this not happen because the publisher(on play store) always needed to update with time. That's, why the seller does a basic level of coding you have to do upgrade on your wants or needed.
  
  So next time when you buy code remembers that you are buying code to saving your time to don't waste your time in basic coding, after this using basic code to update the code on your level or wants with the app, after this publish it. (so you have basic coding using this upgrade your app that makes your app different from others on the internet.)
  
  Pro Tip for publishing app on play store:- Google is doing the upgrade on their app publishing policy day by day now he is blocking or neglecting or suspending or deleting the app that is already available on play store he is filling day by day with the same type or kind of the app so you have to do something extra on your app that he is not doing bad things with your app so do some coding on your app or do some upgrade on your app that no one or least number of the app have on play store. This is the latest policy update by the play store. So you have to update on this.
