  Yesterday I bought software on your website that is source code ( Subscribo - Accept Paypal Payments PHP Script )
  https://www.codester.com/items/24925/subscribo-accept-paypal-payments-php-script
  And I adjusted everything as it is written and explained in the documentation and after the rehearsal and test after the payment was made via pay pal, I get feedback that the payment is successful, but in the payroll there is no data on the customer's payment, insert table is not possible the table is empty.
  So now I'm asking you what the problem is and whether you can fix that problem for me since I tried something but I can't. Here is my website so take a look:

  No worry I will fix it .
  Have you set up Paypal IPN in Business Paypal.
  Send me your cpanel credentials, website admin panel credentials and paypal business or sandbox credentials on my email

  I want to know one thing, have you tried on live paypal or sandbox paypal.
  Because this script will work only for live business paypal.
  If you want to check sandbox then open payment.php and verify_process.php , then go to line no. 4
  replace with false with true i.e.
  $enableSandbox = true ;
  
  Do this first and then try to check with sandbox
  If sandbox payment is successful and data is being inserted then change line no. 4 in both files to false.
  Then setup your live business paypal
  If any further error let me know here.

  I tried as you wrote I switched verify_proces.php ($ enableSandbox = true and payment.php ($ enableSandbox = true but still can't make insert table payments after successful payment.

  As Per Our Discussion, Your Problem is that You are using Free Web Hosting on infinityfree.net amd they are not accept cURL on which Paypal IPN works.
  That's the reason script is not worked for you .
