  the game has only AdMob at the moment
  you can add Unity Ads manually if you want to
  the game works with this version, it might show some little bugs
  when you change it from its original version into another version that can be easily fixed

  Yes, if you select (Highest installed) in your unity [player settings], then this project will support API level 29, only if you have API level 29 in your SDK tools

  For the re-skin process, you don't have to change or add levels, you can just change some art and other simple things, you can read the doc inside the project step by step on how to re-skin this asset

  The levels are well designed, whenever the user pass levels the game become hard progressively, and if you made the first 20 levels easier the game will be boring, however, if you want to do that you need to have some knowledge in coding to edit the scripts
