  The KYC does not work. Trying to update the users profile after submiting their photo id does not work. & there is no indication if their new users request approval..
  
  Sending email doesnt work, allot the things on the admin side does not work . Adherited does not match watch was described in the description even recaptcha.
  
  There is no where to add OTP 2fa feature. No instruction what so ever.
  
  I went to edit the the faq. It does not save what i typed. it reset and stays with the current old text. - There is so much bugs with this. & the value for it is extremely high.
  
  There needs to be more feature honestly if your charging this high and all the bugs should have been fixed before pre releasing it for sale.

  in documentation, we added detailed instructions on how to set up your email SMTP without issues. ensure fileinfo extension on PHP extension to upload images, your support ticket was replied since yesterday and was not ignored, always check your emails before callings us unprofessional

  Can the cryptocurrency be withdrawn to personal bank account?

  Cryptocurrency can only be withdrawn to an external wallet. Only offers sales can be paid to bank accounts, which must be processed by admin.
