  - public/vendor/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css

  if you want to change without minify version you can to change directly in :
  - ressources/view/layouts/index.blade.php ( for general layout )
  - ressources/view/layouts/admin.blade.php ( for admin layout )
  
  Replace :
  <link href="{{ secure_asset('vendor/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css'}} " rel="stylesheet">
  By :
  <link href="{{ secure_asset('vendor/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.css'}} " rel="stylesheet">
